Deep Restorative Yoga

The art of doing nothing, beautifully. Long-held, fully propped poses that let muscles switch off and the nervous system drop into repair — most students call it the best sleep aid they have ever tried.

What to expect

Five poses. Seventy-five minutes.

Elena builds each shape around you with bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets until effort reads zero. Then you stay — ten to fifteen minutes per pose — while breath slows, shoulders descend, and the week dissolves.

  • Every pose fully supported — no strength or flexibility needed
  • Warm room, dim lights, unhurried pacing throughout
  • Guided body-scan relaxation woven between shapes
  • Ideal during illness recovery, grief, burnout or pregnancy
