Evening Sound Bath

Lie down, get warm, and let crystal bowls, gongs and chimes do the work. A fully passive evening practice that quiets mental chatter and ushers in the deepest rest of your week.

What to expect

You lie still. Sound moves around you.

Elena prepares a nest of bolsters and blankets for each guest, then plays a 60-minute arc of bowls, gong, chimes and voice — building, peaking, and dissolving into silence. Most guests drift; some sleep. Both count.

  • A prepared resting nest — bolsters, blankets, eye pillows included
  • Seven crystal bowls tuned to the major energy centers
  • Herbal tea served as you land back in the room
  • Candlelit room, capped at 16 guests — book ahead
